This is a group for anyone interested in quilting or machine sewed crafts. I call us 'Guilty' because sometimes we love our crafts more than anything else (I know you!!). I'm starting the group because I'd like to meet others that are interested in informal fun gatherings where we all bring our machines and ideas and work on our own project (or just play and share techniques and ideas). For all levels of sewers, we meet once a month in the north area plus we have member get togethers through out the year. We've done the YSL Retrospective at DAM, and have a very popular Meet the Designer series, do charitable sewing and so much more. So no matter what your skill level is if you like to sew and meet fun people this could be the group for you.

There's nothing quite as wonderful as a group of people making things together and establishing friendships in a creative, congenial setting, with perhaps a pint of Guinness or a craft IPA , a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Solid State Depot is THE Boulder hackerspace. Founded in 2010 at a local coffee shop, we have graduated to our own space with our own tools and have developed quite the community.
